Shipping Info & Returns

We take pride in providing our customers with a flat rate shipping option for all orders within the U.S. and Canada. The majority of orders are dispatched via USPS, with deliveries made exclusively on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays) to valid mailing addresses. Prior to finalizing your purchase, you can review the available shipping choices.


Upon fulfillment, an email containing your tracking number will be sent to you. For added protection, we offer ROUTE insurance during checkout to cover any potential loss, theft, or damage of packages. Please be aware that once your package is dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for any issues, including lost or stolen parcels.

Should you have any concerns regarding your order, please reach out to USPS or your local postal service. It's crucial to double-check your address before confirming your order to avoid any shipping mishaps. Transit time commences once your package is processed (typically 1-3 business days) and leaves the shipping carrier's facility.

SHIPPING TIME
Standard Ground Shipping usually takes between 2 to 5 business days, while Expedited Shipping typically ranges from 1 to 2 business days in California and 2 to 3 days for other U.S. orders. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, subject to product availability. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next available business day. Please note that shipments may experience delays due to various factors, including internal server errors and adverse weather conditions. Lash Galore cannot be held responsible for such delays.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international customers, we offer shipping worldwide, with regular clientele in countries like Canada, France, Australia, and Italy. However, please be aware that international orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT), for which you are responsible.

You will receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched, though charges are subject to change without prior notice.

In case your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, you may need to file a claim with USPS. Often, delayed deliveries are resolved within 24 hours due to high shipment volumes. Once the package is shipped, Lash Galore bears no liability for lost packages.

Please review our return and exchange policy carefully, as all sale and clearance items are final sale. We have a limited return policy due to the inability to restock returned items and the associated costs. Should you wish to return a product, contact us within 7 days of shipment (or 3 days in case of shipment damage or defects) via email at support@lashgaloresf.com. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged products. We are not liable for the misuse of our products.

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
